**April 14, 2009--Heidemarie Schnitzer is sentenced to 7 months in an Austrian prison, after which she will undergo treatment in a mental institution for a length of time yet to be determined.

March 20, 2009--Heidemarie Schnitzer is extradited back to Austria where she will stand trial in the coming months.

February 20, 2009--Accused David Caruso stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer is taken into custody in Tijuana, Mexico after spending nearly a year as a fugitive of her native Austria.

October 6, 2008--The third episode of the season airs, entitled "And How Does That Make You Feel", bringing in 13.6M viewers.

September 29, 2008--Episode 2 of the 7th season of CSI: Miami "Won't Get Fueled Again" put Miami at #9 in the Nielsen Ratings, with a viewership of 14.3M.  

September 23, 2008--CSI: Miami finished off the 52-week TV Year (which ended September 21st) at number17, a feat considering that summer reruns can lower the averages significantly.  All in all Miami aired 44 times (21 new episodes and 23 reruns) and averaged 12.1M viewers.

September 22, 2008--The Season Premiere of CSI: Miami airs, drawing 17.2M viewers, an 11% increase over Season 6's premiere.

September 22, 2008--Season 7 of CSI: Miami premieres in the US on CBS.

August 5, 2008--CSI: Miami Season 6 begins airing in the UK.

April 21, 2008--CSI: Miami returns after a two week hia
tus.  The episode "To Kill a Predator", which was inspired by the real life program "To Catch a Predator", deals with young girls being preyed upon by internet predators.  
 
March 31-April 1, 2008--CSI: Miami airs back-to-back episodes on Monday and Tuesday nights.  "Ambush" and "All In" reach the 6th and 9ths spots respectively on the Nielsen Charts. 

March 24, 2008--The first of eight new episodes of CSI: Miami airs on CBS, titled "You May Now Kill the Bride".  

March 3, 2008--Filming resumes on the sixth season of CSI: Miami. 

January 2008--David and partners Nils B. Lahr and Frank H. Nein travel to Las Vegas for the CES International 2008 Convention. 

January 2008--The first issue of the CSI: Miami Magazine is released, featuring David and Emily Procter. 

December 2007--David is featured in CBS' magazine Watch. The article about him is called "Cult of Horatio".  The magazine can be purchased wherever magazines are sold. 

October 2007--David and Liza celebrate the birth of their daughter Paloma Raquel.
